Software
SolidWorks is our primary CAD software platform. The advantages and efficiencies of 3D CAD for mechanical engineering and design allow us to cut time from the standard design cycle saving our customers money. 3D CAD also results in a more accurate and clear drawing package for ease of manufacturing and maintenance of the equipment by technicians. Motion simulations and stress analysis can also be performed in situations where a comprehensive mechanical design simulation is required.
AutoCAD is also used for 2D design if required by our customers. Microsoft Office software is used for various design documents and correspondence.
SolidWorks offers a free download of their eDrawings software which can be used to view and approve designs at various stages of completion.
