Four Position Assembly Fixture
Designed for a plastics shop, this assembly fixture fully utilized existing labor by having the press operator manually load parts.
Stress Analysis
Working with an existing design created by the customer, an analysis was performed to determine the load capacity of a machine component.
Custom Designed Assembly Machine Chassis
Starting with proven cam actuated principles, this synchronous assembly machine chassis was designed from the ground up with improvements in capacity, maintainability, ergonomics, rigidity and cost savings.
New Product Design
This proprietary fitting is used by the pressure washer industry. Several configurations were developed as well as production and patent drawings.
Robotic Assembly Cell
Custom designed synchronous assembly machine with integrated robot. Flexibility of the robot allowed multiple configurations of the customer’s product to be assembled on one machine.
Assembly Drawing
Drafting services including exploded assembly drawing and bill of material.
Custom Cam Profiles
Custom plate cams used to load parts onto an automated press system at a rate of 95 parts per minute.
